The story of Noble Nature encompasses a journey around the world.  Our daughter-father founded company has its roots in our Uruguayan and Italian heritage. Our family recipe spans 4 generations.

It began when my great-great grandfather migrated from Brescia, Italy to Uruguay with his family. In their new home, they took traditional recipes and added their Italian herbs and spices. His daughter, my great-grandmother continued the tradition teaching my Dad their secret chimichurri recipe. Years later my Dad, as a young man, began experimenting with flavours and added his own touches to the recipe

Fast-forward to our home here in Australia where together we have added a modern twist and created the first-of-its-kind chimichurri with a unique umami flavour. Our chimichurri range of traditional sauces brings all this together in a combination of high-quality artisanal condiments that are 100% Australian sourced.
